Every Wednesday and Sunday at 8:00pm on Twitch, you can catch Coach Matt and Coach Mike reviewing footage from your open mats and from your competitions. Absolutely not! Jiu Jitsu will get you in shape. Like everything you try your first couple classes will be challenging but it will get easier over time. Our instructors will help everyone meet their personal goal one step at a time.

Of course not! Jiu Jitsu is for everyone!! We will tailor your training so that you can learn at your own pace and avoid injury. It doesn’t matter if you are 7 or 70, Jiu Jitsu has something to offer for everyone!
