Every Wednesday and Sunday at 8:00pm on Twitch, you can catch Coach Matt and Coach Mike reviewing footage from your open mats and from your competitions. They will answer questions from the chat, break down individual techniques, discuss strategy, help you see where you are excelling and where you can improve. And best of all, it’s free!

All members can take Advanced classes but these are geared towards students with more experience. These are more positionally focused, be prepared to sweat!
Live training is for members who have "two stripes or more" on their belt. This is for both beginners’ safety as well as the safety of our more experienced grapplers. Exceptions will be made at coaches discretion.
Classes require a tight fitting T-shirt or rash guard and shorts without pockets.
